Operational Manager

TWKS is in search of a versatile Operational Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage resources, and improve efficiencies.

Main missions

Identifying efficiency improvements in internal processes and workflows .
Defining and implementing project management best practices and methodologies .
Assisting in budget planning, financial management, and resource allocation .
Ensuring the agency adheres to industry regulations and compliance requirements .

This profile is suitable for candidates with experience in identifying efficiency improvements in internal processes, implementing project management best practices, assisting in budget planning and financial management, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
An MBA or equivalent might be preferred for higher-level positions.
Courses in operations management, logistics, or process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma could be advantageous.
