Property is often seen in the same way. The same façades, the same framing, the same codes and, sometimes, the same answers. For Rosset, we wanted to approach it from a different perspective. An identity built around one simple belief: redefining property starts by changing the way we look at it.
It all starts with an R
The starting point for the system was already there in the name. More precisely, in the R of Rosset and the diagonal that breaks the letter’s vertical structure. We extracted this detail and turned it into a graphic principle capable of structuring the entire identity. Enlarged, shifted, cropped or used as a construction line, the diagonal becomes an instantly recognisable element. A typographic detail transformed into a fully-fledged brand language.
Changer l’angle
A diagonal is never entirely neutral. It creates direction, introduces movement and naturally encourages the eye to shift its point of view. This is precisely what Rosset aims to bring to property: looking at a building, a project or a challenge differently to reveal new possibilities. The promise “Redefining property” therefore finds its expression in the graphic system. A change in perspective is no longer simply talked about; it literally structures the identity.
Architecture from a different angle
Photography extends the same principle. Rather than systematically documenting buildings straight on, the imagery seeks out less expected viewpoints: a façade seen from below, an architectural line cutting across the frame, a reflection, a detail or a perspective that momentarily transforms the way we perceive a building.
The aim is not to make property abstract, but to show how the same subject can tell a different story when we shift our point of view. Each image becomes a subtle demonstration of Rosset’s promise.
A grid that refuses to stay straight
The diagonal then moves beyond the logo to shape the entire visual system. It cuts through compositions, frames images, organises information and creates unexpected encounters between photography and typography. The system remains deliberately rigorous, reflecting the precision expected of a property management company. But the diagonal continually disrupts that structure. Just enough to remind us that there is always another way of looking at things.
A new perspective, everywhere
Stationery, signage, documents, editorial content and digital touchpoints: the principle is simple enough to adapt across every application without losing its strength. Rather than multiplying graphic devices, the identity is built around a single, recognisable gesture. The diagonal becomes Rosset’s signature, while photography gives it a new expression with every application. A system that can be institutional when required and more expressive when the opportunity arises, without ever losing its point of view.
Redefining starts with seeing differently
Because redefining property does not necessarily mean reinventing everything. It can begin by questioning an angle, shifting a line or looking at something familiar from a different point of view.
