There are those who buy wine. And those who hunt for it. Those who love digging around, tasting, discovering a producer no one is talking about yet and, every now and then, unearthing a gem. WineDigger is for them. An identity designed less as the signature of a wine merchant and more as a badge of recognition for an entire community of enthusiasts: the wine diggers.

Digging for wine

The name already said it all. It simply needed an attitude to match. Being a WineDigger is about being curious before being an expert. Digging beyond an appellation, getting to know the people behind the wine, looking beyond the usual references and enjoying the search as much as the find. The identity builds on this mindset to turn WineDigger into a label in its own right.

An identity worn like a badge

WineDigger has no interest in reproducing the hushed, understated codes of the wine world. The brand makes itself seen. Big. Bold. Unapologetic. The condensed logotype stretches across each touchpoint, sometimes becoming the composition itself. The vivid red amplifies its presence, creating an instantly recognisable sign among labels, bottles and images of producers. This boldness is intentional: if WineDigger is a label, it should be recognisable before it is even read. More importantly, it should be something people can claim as their own. On a tote bag or a sticker, WINEDIGGER no longer simply says where you buy your wine. It says something about the person wearing it: I’m a wine digger.

The bottle as a find

Behind this highly visible identity, wine remains the hero. WineDigger exists to shine a light on what has been discovered: a bottle, an estate, a producer, a story. The system constantly plays between a brand that speaks loudly and content that makes you want to dig deeper. Photography remains direct, information takes on an editorial feel, and bottles are shown without unnecessary staging. WineDigger provides the frame and the badge of recognition. The rest is about discovery.

From box to feed, the same signature

A good label should work anywhere. On a case of wine, an Instagram post, a card, a roll of tape, a tote bag or a digital interface. This is where the simplicity of the system comes into its own. The name, the typography and the red are enough to sign every touchpoint.

Finding your next gem

Because ultimately, WineDigger does not promise to find the best wine. That is not where the pleasure lies. It is in searching, trying, sometimes getting it wrong, starting again and eventually finding a bottle you cannot wait to introduce to someone else.

The identity turns that curiosity into a sense of belonging. You no longer come to WineDigger simply to buy a bottle. You join the people who love hunting for them.
